​​Hello and welcome to my portfolio page. My name is Lare Yaqoob I will use this page to showcase the work I have done and the learning I have achieved during English 1C/2C.




First, I want to list some learning goals that I set for myself and then explain how I met these learning goals

  1. My goal was to learn how to chart the text and now I knew how to do it.
  2. My coal was to learn more vocabulary words and I did.
  3. My coal ​was to learn more grammer about english's language.
  4. my coal was to come to the class earlier and I did.
  5. my coal to finish all my homeworks and I did.



Next, I want to explain how one of our reading strategies works. Below I will explain how to Chart a Text. Then, I will give an example of how I charted a non-fiction text.

  1. Read the article carefully
  2. Summarize the text to write what the author says.
  3. Number the paragraphs
  4. Explain what the author say and what he does
